I have been totally exhausted lately. To combat this, I am going to drink more water and less soda (which is working already, because it doesn't take long for the cravings to switch--I am so addicted to drinking things, except not alcohol, like soda, mainly) and take B complex vitamins.

My boss, who works at a massage center, said I should try that, and they were on sale at Kroger for buy one get one free, so I went ahead and I'm going to try that.

I'm also going to try to eat food that is less disgusting. Like.. Organic pizza rolls at work instead of fried chicken sandwhiches from Chick-Fil-A with fries and a giant Diet Pepsi.

I actually went through a 12 pack of Soda in a day and a half and I was at work most of that time. So I think it's time to try to do something more. Of course, I've had half a gallon of water in the four and a half hours I've been awake, and half an hour of that I was in the shower and during part of it I was drinking tea, which would technically be like having 5 sodas, liquid wise.. But you know, still.

I'm doing okay.

I'm still exhausted so far, but I'm giving it a week to help.
